My family of 4 came in for a cleaning, The receptionist scheduled us so we could all be seen on the same day, which made my life way easier. We were all done with our cleanings within an hour. My 3 year old was well taken care of by the staff while I had my teeth cleaned. They were very patient with all of us. So glad we found this place!

I’m a business owner and understand how reviews can affect your business so I don’t like to report, but after both me and my husband had terrible experiences I had to do something . I went in to have a bridge redone that had worn down and broke off over the years. After Kelly put the new bridge on I went home and immmediately started biting the inside of my jaw. The next day I went in she trimmed it down so it fit better. I went home and i continued bite my mouth . Went back in again same thing she throws out that I keep biting it because it’s swollen. So she trims it again making another remark that there something wrong with my mouth. I’m 73 years old and I’ve had some really talented dentist in my lifetime never did any dentist tell me my mouth is shaped wrong, what! By now I’ve gotten a soar that I have to hold out my mouth to chew. Also beware of the changing of pricing, after the install of my bridge she charged me 600.00 more which after I called her office she refunded my money. Needless to say I went to another dentist and he saw right away what she did wrong and fixed it. I never contacted them again, but my husband lost his crown 3 times and also followed me to our new dentist and he hasn’t had a problem with it since. He sent a letter to her office to see if she would refund his money for having to see another dentist to fix the crown and she refused saying he hadn’t given her ample time to fix it so it wouldn’t come off. I think 3 times is ample time to fix the problem . I never wasted my time I paid my new dentist which got me in immediately knowing I was in pain caused my Kelly at care dentistry. I’m giving 1 star only because I had a good experience with the dentist hygienist.
