  If I could give 0 stars I would. Imagine trying to make a simple appointment and the rep answering at the phone puts you on mute for about 9 minutes then you call back for them to put the phone on the counter to the point you can hear everything they are saying for about 12 more minutes then trying to call back and getting a busy signal. I get you have other patients but explaining how you used to be a stylist instead of helping me with my appointment is wild to me. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend something that simple should not be that big of a fight to do.

  I spoke to Kylie from reception today and was told that it would take me 2 weeks from my appointment date for me to obtain my CPAP scrip and supies to br available. I understand that things take time but this is absurd. She went on to explain that there is a chain to the process of getting a prescription in. That wasn't helpful at all considering that the "note dictation" the doctor does, according to Kylie, sometimes is done by "the end of the week, sometimes he dictates on the weekend." This seems to contradict all of the reviews I see that say how muxh the patients are a priority. Waiting a week to dictate my notes so I can get a scrip falls WAY outside the scope of that. It seems like fitting patients in to bill as much as possible and gain $$ takes precedence over quality of care. Notes at ANY other medical office I have been are done same day, if not immediately, because these are MEDICAL SUPPLIES, not cleaning products. People's quality of life depend on timely interactions in theae instances. Do better.

  Funny how when I asked him as my kidney Dr. that he could help me with my sleep apnea, and he said nothing completly avoided the question. Now I'm confused. Is Dr. Adams only for kidney function? Or is Bronson upset with me because I refuse to be gaslighted by them. You tell me. Wish a no star review was available. But hey I guess the bad have to look good even tbough their not. Oh and last july, Dr. Adam onformed me gabapentin was one of the meds. that was affecting my kidney function. Only to say a year later that it was'nt a factor. What is going on with the doctors in Battle Creek MI?
