  As I enter, I have to wait for the receptionists to finish their conversation before they will even acknowledge I am standing right in front of them. The older receptionist really needs to work on her bedside manner for sure. No privacy at all.

  2:00 pm appointment, it's 2:35 still waiting, what's the point in making an appointment. Reception staff act care free. There is zero privacy here, everyone will know your address, and info. Should've gone to Kzoo.

  It is better than battle creek death systems was, but if you want to be treated before your toddler graduates from college you should probably avoid this place.
