  A colonoscopy is not something I look forward to. I had my fourth one done today, at this facility. I was greatly moved by the care, compassion, and treatment I received by my nurses. Esther was wonderful and took care of things in a timely manner so as to allow a quick process. The nurse anesthsetist Tom was comforting and pleasant for the brief time I remember. I just want to thank them all for the care given to me today. I highly recommend this facility.

  I just had a very rude individual speak with me from the Battle Creek Bronson Colon & Rectal Surgery Specialists location. I called in to get clarification on colonoscopy prep and the individual not only did NOT answer my simple question but told me that "you're saying I said things I didn't say" after I asked a clarifying question. Seriously? If I didn't like Dr. K as much as I do, I would ban this place.
