- LKLance Koester6 days ago3.0I gave it 3 stars because the staff was very friendly and the office was clean . I have a major concern when I went to take a drug test there. They had hempz brand thc lotion / soap with a Marijuana leaf sitting on the shelf in the drug test room that was available for the staff to use . I brought it to the staffs attention but they just shrugged it off . Obviously this can cause some very serious issues for drug test results. But I also ask why anyone would have that on the property ? Doesn't concentra supply its staff with proper hand soap , sanitizers and or lotions ? I am attaching a pic for proof of what I witnessed

I have no money or insurance, that’s why I’m here so I can get a job, do you think I just don’t like seeing? Why don’t homeless people just buy houses then they won’t be homeless????? That and because my blood pressure was high! 120/90 I explained that I’m on steroids that’s normal my doctor said it was fine! Tried to send me for an alcohol assessment that cost money that I again don’t have because I had 13 beers and was worried for my health that I might suffer withdrawal.buddy I’ve drunk your entire bloodline under the table everyday for a month straight and was fine.

Every time I come in showing her the number for my Therapy it’s not enough percentage for this reason I have received temporary license for only 30 days , I only drive 2 days a week for 3 hours scared I’m at risk to lose my license that I have had since 2012 . She always smiled when explaining my numbers should be higher ,I trying to increase numbers but nothing seems to be enough
