Gregg Szymanski has been the rep I have worked with that whole time and he has been truly outstanding. Quick responsiveness, goes out of his way to help his clients, and he is as straight forward as they come. My representative, Jeff Robbins, has been outstanding to work with. Jeff is always quick to respond—anytime I text him with a question or need assistance, he replies right away. Whenever I’ve needed a repair, replacement battery pack, or help with service requests, Jeff takes the initiative to contact customer service on my behalf, saving me time and effort. He also follows up consistently to ensure I’ve received all necessary communication and that everything is handled smoothly. Jeff is one of the best representatives I’ve ever worked with—kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. His exceptional service is a big reason I’ll continue doing business with SurgiTel. That said, I’ve also had positive experiences directly with SurgiTel’s customer service team. They’ve always been professional, knowledgeable, and efficient whenever I’ve reached out to them.
