  I wanted to review to say the building is at the end of the driveway. Its a little bit of a difficult find especially avoiding protestors jumping infront of your car. Wanted to add the protestors I saw today tried to look like parking attendants and would attempt to get you to roll down your window to harass people as they went by.

  had an appointment for an abortion through telehealth for close to a month. The night before they canceled my appointment and gave it to somebody else before I could even call the next morning. I was absolutely devastated. at that point I was too far along to qualify for the next available telehealth visit. very unprofessional and disappointing.

  Rude staff, sat there yapping on the phone while we waited almost an hour just for a med pickup. Go to the one in ypsi this place is full of air heads.

  This wasn't my first time getting a surgical abortion treatment but This was the first time I didnt feel herded with others and truly cared for in a medical setting. Not one that makes you feel bad about making a decision regarding your body and your choice. Not only was the staff the kindest I've ever encountered during this experience but the most deeply compassionate and empathetic. After I left I felt like I made the right decision. I left feeling empowered & choosing to be nice to me because in the world ultimately the one & only person obligated to be nice to me is me forever and thats the realest truth ever. So simple and so deep And there you all allowed me a space to fully embrace and understand that. I dont feel as bad as I did that last time I had this done. I feel confident and thankful to have the Healthcare we do here. Everyone was so kind and this was the best clinic I've ever done this with ever. Im Praying for all the women that helped make it a medical procedure and not make it a grooling "your probably not making the right decision" experience. It felt safe and I love every single one of those women. Tory ,the queen , she was so kind and such a beautiful radiant soul. Helped me every step of the way through- from helping me emotionally and physically when I couldn't dress. Gillian talked to me every step of the way& always communicated what she was doing. When she counted down from 10 while doing the suctioning she stopped on one, she didnt go past. I trusted her 1000000% it was the best hands down experience I've had during this procedure and yeah im feeling really empowered about my body and my choice and more confident than I ever have in my entire life while making this decision. One really special thing about this place is They let my friend in the room With me !! No other place did that. Thank you everyone for making a hard day as easy as it can be. I cant remember the girl we spoke to in recovery but she was great as well, Liz was a pleasure . I am praying for you all and sending you all the love. I will be recommending 1000/10. Thanks for holding space for me during this hard time. I appreciate you more than you'll ever know. Thank you forever. Ill always remember how loved and valued I felt there. Thank you everyone 🫂
