I came in to receive a TB skin test required for an upcoming clinic job, and the male nurse failed to clearly explain when and at what time I needed to return for the reading. Due to this lack of communication, I now have to return and repeat the TB skin test. This was highly unprofessional and frustrating.

All they did was check my blood pressure ears and nose with the light and temperature. It was a joke!!!! I went to another place and they tested me and I am positive for the flu. I wasted my money here! They don’t take you serious

Even though people come to see the surgeon because of a work injury, that should not be a reason for the patient to feel as if they intentionally tried to hurt themselves. Things do happen to good people on the job unexpectedly. We must not be made to feel as if we are the cause of something we did not do or want to happen to us. Also, when the Doctor says that you should not continue with physical therapy, make sure you get it in writing. I'm still waiting on a response. 🤷🏾♀️
