I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment, but ended up waiting another 45 minutes after my scheduled time to be seen, which felt completely unnecessary. Nobody acknowledged the long wait, even though the waiting area wasn’t busy, there was only one other person there. The intake staff member didn’t seem very welcoming and came across as unhappy to be there. On the bright side, the lead phlebotomist and the doctor were friendly and professional, which made the experience more pleasant. Overall, I wouldn’t choose this clinic as my first option if I needed medical attention, but sometimes you go somewhere out of necessity rather than convenience.
