It was a tough decision to ask for help for mom's care, but from the very first call and initial intake meeting it's been clear how much they care about their clients, the families, and the important work they do. Everyone I interact with at CK - from the scheduling staff to each individual caregiver - is professional and helpful. We've been so happy with the caregivers; they really go above and beyond to get to know and support my mom. The few issues we've experienced over the last 9 months (with a scheduling change or caregiver who wasn't a great fit for mom) were resolved quickly and professionally. I highly recommend this company and the great service they provide!
