  I have been seeing Caren Kachoris since I started HRT March of 2013. I am her very first ftm patient and am VERY honored to have that. She has gone WAAAY ABOVE and beyond to help make my transition painless and as easy as possible. Helping me with hormones and exams and having written me letters for insurance to pay for surgeries. I really can not say enough about her. She was learning right along side of me, asking questions, getting feedback from me, and then bringing that information to the medical director so they can better help a wide range of patients. Since I started they have now specialty in Trans health care and providers yes providerS who help the community get what they need. I truly don't know where I'd be without her and the absolutely incredible staff that has worked there. Caren expertise is absolutely incredible and is Always wanting to learn more and do more for her patients. I feel extremely lucky to have her still to this day as one of my providers who helps manage my medical care. I 1 thousand percent recommend this location and I believe she also works at the Portland Maine, Biddeford Maine and Possibly Exeter NH locations (but don't quote me). I know for a fact though that she is a Sanford provider and does assist at other locations too. They also hired another provider that was previously with Fenway health who's specialty is Transgender health care too. Hannah Neff... She's awesome as well! I hope they continue to stay open. Any help they can get financially will not only help them keep staff and services available but all of the patients who need it too. 👍🏽

  Literally the sweeteet, most patient and caring people ive ever encountered in my life. I asked 1 million and 1 questions non-stop, and they answered every single one with a smile and the utmost care and respect. They accommodated my extreme anxiety and fear, and went super slow with the tools like the speculum and pap smear to ensure there was no pain!!! There is lubricant for the speculum!!! Absolute angels working here. Legitimately. 💗💗💗🤍 they helped get so many things done for me today. I booked my appointment online. When i messed up my self tests, they helped me do them right and gave me new ones to try again. They even helped me switch to a different birth control pill same day. I picked it up 1 hr later at the Walgreens 2 mins away. AMAZING AMAZING PLACE. Everyone is always smiling and radiates love and respect 💖💖💖🥰🥰

  Birth control and pregnancy tests and STD tests. So glad this place still is open. The hours are been walking only open Wednesday Friday and Monday but probably bring that on Roe versus Wade and all the horrible stuff.
