  My girlfriend came here to receive care, and she has been treated with the most disrespect. Questions are answered with “I don’t know” or “someone else will answer that”. Have to wait 2 days for a call back about something urgent. Because of the completely lack of communication, she had to be rushed to the hospital due to complications, that according to the ER doctor, should have been made known to her immediately. Not a single person is knowledgeable, or polite or respectful. It’s clearly staffed with people that barely passed nursing and medical school. After this whole situation is done with, she filing a complaint with the Maine medical licensing board.

  Professional, kind, accessible, and just amazing. Better knowledge and resources provided here for anything/everything than with your standard PCP. from yearly pelvic exams to HRT etc and more. They actually give a shit. They truly are here when patients need them most… no matter what.

  Very disappointed. Came to this location for a specific service. My appointment was at 830 and when I went in at 830 the girl at the front desk told me they don’t open till 830. Which I reminded her of the time. Then she preceded to tell me that they are in “morning meeting” which was them just laughing and joking. Listen if you don’t want to have appointments at 830 when the doors open then don’t offer appointments at 830. Then be rude to be people who show up on time.

  I used to love planned parenthood, but now it's way too hard to even get in EVER. I've been rescheduled four times now, have went without birth control due to lack of staffing and the wrong b.c being sent in. Pray you guys figure this out bc people are going without and the whole situation is extremely stressful. Getting sent to the call center instead of the Portland locations phone is such a run around and huge headache. 🙃 PLEASE stop sending calls to the call center they're rude.
