My appointment was at 830 and when I went in at 830 the girl at the front desk told me they don’t open till 830. Which I reminded her of the time. Then she preceded to tell me that they are in “morning meeting” which was them just laughing and joking. Listen if you don’t want to have appointments at 830 when the doors open then don’t offer appointments at 830. Then be rude to be people who show up on time.

- SGStephen GagliardiJul 7, 20251.0I am posting this review on behalf of a person who tried to get care at this Planned Parenthood: this practice will make you feel uncared for, brush off your concerns, and ultimately cause you undue stress and health issues. The phone operators are curt and short and sometimes won’t let you speak to someone else, displaying apathy to their patient. They said: It felt inaccessible, and the people who answered the phone would not put them through to a provider to get clarification. They were rescheduled for two weeks out although the online website said they had availability much sooner - which is essential for a medical condition that needs attention. When seeking care, you want to feel like your provider can stay on task, organize themselves to get you your results in a timely fashion, and schedule you for the correct appointments. This was not the case here. This is not to say that everyone who worked there was rude. Some of the people there genuinely cared.
