- RRRabbit Rabbit4 days ago2.0I went to Concentra to rule out a broken foot. While I did hobble in with shoes on I could not put weight on my foot when it was bare on the hard floor. I was made to HOP to x-ray. Someone behind the desk said to get me a wheelchair, but nothing appeared when I was finished with x-ray. I had to HOP back to the exam room. The nurse suggested I use the edge of the nurse's station for support. I think that is very lacking in compassion and professionalism. Karen the NP was very nice, but it didn't make up for the poor treatment. If I had the time I would travel to Auburn to go to Convenient MD, skip this place.
