I was seen quickly by a knowledgeable doctor who had a very good bedside manner. It was as good of an experience that I could’ve possibly had given the circumstances of my visit. I would absolutely go back again and will recommend to everyone to visit the urgent care center at Concentra In Lewiston if ever they have a need.

As a trans man, I just wanted to share that the medical providers as well as the rest of the staff all treated me with kindness and respect. The cute receptionist who dressed up like a fairy for Halloween was incredibly nice and had a great sense of humor which helped to ease my anxiety and made me feel more welcomed from the beginning which was hugely appreciated. Trans folks (myself included) often have a lot of anxiety in any type of medical setting due to past negative experiences with healthcare workers/the healthcare system in general, so I just wanted to thank you all for the care you’re taking to create a positive, respectful environment for *all* of the public you serve! The only bit of constructive feedback I would offer is to include a place on the intake form where you can list your preferred name/pronouns so people like myself don’t have to have our deadnames yelled out when we’re being called into the office.
