- TWTim WelchDec 11, 20255.0When I came in for a Non-DOT sample there was a lobby full of people, and someone already being helped at the counter. I believe her name was Kayleigh (please forgive me if I spelled that wrong) came from a location further back, noticed me, and called me to the counter on the other side immediately. Wasn't even standing there 2 minutes. Very polite woman. Sped things along quickly to get me my paperwork (text to phone) and offered me some water and a snack if I wanted. Paperwork came through a couple minutes later and I filled it out and waited my turn. The collector that came to get me, Erin, was also very polite and very professional. She even answered a few of my questions as this was a little awkward for me never having done this before. All in all, from the moment I came in until the moment I left, the whole process took 48 minutes and I watched no less than a dozen people go through in the time I was there. Reading the reviews, I'm not sure what some people are expecting but if you're reporting for a walk-in and see a full lobby just come back later if you're in a hurry before you check in. Otherwise, these folks are very quick and professional, and you can tell by the way they opperate that they care about your time. I don't think anything of a 48 minute trip when it's between you and employment. Thank you for your time and professionalism Concentra. Hope if I need another they send me here.

From the front desk to the providers to the physical therapists. I felt extremely well taken care of. This urgent care will definitely be my go to for the future. 100 stars!
