  Dr. Carolyn Gaiero was amazing, i can’t thank her enough. I needed to re-take a hearing exam for employment reasons and i was nervous to take it after i had failed the first time. She was kind, patient, and truly had my back. I could tell she genuinely cared and wanted to help me succeed. Highly recommend her!

  Such a very pleasant experience from the minute I walked in the door and was greeted by name - an amazing support staff and a Dr. whose competence was immediately obvious. Dr. Gaiero's personal attention went well beyond what I had anticipated, and her personable approach throughout my appointment leaves me confident that I was lucky enough to find the very best audiologist. We are fortunate to have her here.

  These people helped me find resources for hearing aids when I had none and followed me throughout my experience with them. I love my hearing aids and can't imagine life without them. The audiologist is highly professional and very friendly, all in one.

  Staff is pleasant and helpful, they are patient to answer questions in detail. The wait for appointments can be long as there is only one audiologist. They gave a longer "return period" as with a small staff they know it isn't always possible to accommodate everyone as fast as they would like. Prices are not cheap but average, they were not pushy to sell the most expensive aide rather they helped me select the next to the lowest price option which was more than $700 less. Their service is much better than other places.
