"Dr. Louise King" is not a good doctor. DO NOT go to this Dentist, she cuts and runs as soon as there is a problem and will refuse to speak to you as a patient to discuss resolution. I went in for a cleaning on 10/07/2025 and was told I had a small cavity. Now looking at the Xrays, I am not sure how she determined that because the Xrays she takes are extremely blurry and I don't know how you could even see this on the Xrays she took! I was then scheduled for and went in for a simple small filling and came out with an incorrectly placed filling that isn't bonded correctly. I have been unable to eat properly on my left side since 10/14/2025 when the filling was done. She never checked my bite with inclusion paper that day. After the filling was done, I had to go in for two adjustments on 10/28/2025 and 11/04/2025 as the filling was too high and I could not bite correctly as it was hitting. After the second adjustment, I still noticed an issue where food would get stuck in a certain spot, almost as if there was not enough filling material in that area and it is very painful when food hits there. I was able to have one phone call with Louise on 11/24/2025 and she was extremely flippant and certainly did not care about what I was going through. She insisted something about me possibly having a "crack" in my tooth that we wouldn't be able to see and that I could possibly need a mouthguard. How do we go from a filling to a mouthguard?? My tooth was perfectly fine before all of this! She also insisted that I needed to give it many months for the sensitivity to go away and I explained I felt it was beyond that and the filling just didn't feel right in my tooth. She was annoyed and blurted out that she could take it out and redo the filling to "keep me satisfied" and at this point with her lack of attention during the first procedure and her subsequent dealings with my tooth, I decided I did not feel comfortable with her redoing the filling. I have since gone to another Dentist who has evaluated my tooth and let me know it was not placed correctly or bonded correctly and will need to be redone. My tooth literally feels like an entirely different tooth and understandably any surgery on any part of your body is going to have a healing process and take time, but what Louise has left me with is beyond that. I have called the office several times since speaking with Louise on the phone and have requested that the claim filed with my insurance company on 10/14/2025 be reversed as I am not satisfied with what was done and will need to have another Dentist bill to fix this. Louise has TOTALLY refused to reverse the claim and give me a refund as she says the "service was rendered". She DOES NOT stand by her work and she has REFUSED to speak to me on the phone again as of yesterday when I called the office. Stay FAR FAR AWAY from this "Dentist", she barely speaks to you during appointments anyway, so I should have gone with my gut feeling and went somewhere else. If I could give negative stars I would.

I had a lot of teeth pulled here and they were all very nice and very fast and good at what they do. Thank you again for the great work this whole office does.

Every procedure they have performed has been abysmal and failed prematurely....the only thing they did successfully was a simple filling which they didnt even color match right and left a sharp edge....after the thousands i gave them and having to spend 10 grand to have proper dentists fix their shoddy work i realized they sent me to collections for a few hundred dollars i allegedly owe after i went for a loan...effed me for 10 grand and ruined my credit...shouldve listened to the other people who said not to go there....
