This is the most unprofessional, incompetent business in the area. Don't waste your time trying to even talk to someone. They tried to con me out of additional money stating "We don't see the reason to only take one tooth out. It's not enough money. Unless you need to take out another one." At this point, even though I had absolutely no other bad teeth, I was actually going to give them an otherwise non-painful tooth just so I could be put out of my misery. After that, they said "okay, fine. We'll call back and schedule you in" and ghosted me. Thank God for Portland Oral Surgery for actually doing their job at a greatly reduced price, timeframe and a much better costumer service experience.

Waited 3 weeks for an appointment for my son who had an infection in his tooth. After the 3 weeks of waiting for them to call, they said they couldn’t help us. So my son suffers on until we can get into another surgeon. Would not recommend them.

Not only did they “forget” to bill our health insurance company (even though they filed a claim twice) they overcharged us $593.00 out of pocket then sent a bill for another $100!! After numerous phone calls, I’m still waiting for my reimbursement check! Not to mention the fact that the office is outdated and dirty!! If we had gone in for a consultation before my son’s surgery, I never would have brought him back! I’m shocked he didn’t end up with a serious infection!

My daughter had her wisdom teeth (all 4) pulled on Jan. 24th, 2012 in Ellsworth Me. Dr. Grubb and the staff are absolutely awesome. The kept us informed of everything that they were doing or going to do. They're very caring about the patients feelings and being nervous. She had very little swelling and very little bruising. After 5 days, my daughter experienced more discomfort in one of the surgery sites. I called the Ellsworth office and the got her right in. She ended up having a dry socket. After the first visit and they had to pack the site, my daughter was still in pain, I called again and the Ellsworth office was closed so the staff at the Bangor office got her right in, repacked the site, and after that visit, she started to feel better. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I was so impressed with the staff and the doctors when my son had his wisdom teeth pulled about 4 years ago that is why I traveled the miles to have my daughters surgery done there too. Keep up the great work and awesome caring and bedside manners you all have.
