- RHReginald HayerSep 23, 20211.0I had a scheduled follow up appointment here to get an update on my foot pain. Went in the office and was called to the back, foot was observed again for swelling and was told that my results were not back after waiting a week. My results were supposed to have been in before my appointment and I was still called in which was a waste of time. I was told my results weren’t available and I was told they couldn’t find my results in the system from Quest. I was then told to call Quest Diagnostics and get the results myself. After trying for hours to get someone from Quest I was able to get a representative on the line and was told that Frederick Foot and Ankle never provided any information on the paperwork to even send the results back to. I then called Frederick Foot and Ankle back to update them on the status to let them know the information that was needed I had provided and they could now get my results. As of now they are stating they will call Quest to get it faxed over. Now I’m still currently waiting another week in foot pain for them to give me my results.
