I really have shopped at this stop for all of twenty plus ,this is the store after remodeling, the other store was much smaller and the neighborhood was growing, so the pharmacy staff is really great and understanding when in pain and your medications needs filling, the other staff I found to be very polite and helpful when you are looking for something you can’t find,I have not shopped there in about 1 and 1/2 years, I miss it very much, staff and pharmacy, I am writing this review because even though I know longer shop there any longer, I needed some info on some injection information, called the pharmacist and there you go she faxed the information to the store I s shop at now, problem solve just like that , I have read some of the reviews and I can say I have not had a problem with this store, B. A surprise as this is where my entire family fills our prescriptions. However, on this day they kept giving us the run around and were very short.

This pharmacy is the worst one in the Upper Marlboro area. They always have to order your medicine and always provide wrong pick up time. The last instance for me was ordering my refill on the refill line, called and was told it was ready. I took me a at least five days to go for the pick up, only to be told that they didn’t have it and they would have to order it. The pharmacist even stated that he didn’t even see the refill order???? This is not the first time with this terrible, pharmacy and they don’t get any better. They are going to kill somebody with the way they work. I believe they need to be investigated for their practices. Let me add that this bad service and pharnmacy has nothing to do with COVID. I has been bad for years.

This pharmacy is broke! My doctor's office has called them twice for a prescription refill ( doctor has verified paperwork when they called ) and pharmacy claims they heard nothing from doctor. Moving on to CVS!

Good staff for the most part once again though it's staff is overloaded at peak times. They need a walk in clinic and work on their pricing. Only reason for 3 stars is for some of the staff
