  I cannot say enough great things about this practice!! All of the staff are so kind and attentive. Dr. Dibari was absolutely wonderful and I look forward to meeting the midwives. I feel so thankful to have found this practice.

  *This review is for the person who scheduled my appointment, not the actual care team* This place seemed like a safe haven. I wanted to switch OBGYNs so that I can deliver where there is an NICU and an all female care team. I took the time to fill out all the necessary paperwork for transfer, made follow-up phone calls, gathered information, etc. I was so excited when I received a voicemail from Rene at UM SJMG on June 3rd. She let me know they had an immediate opening available the next week, on June 11. I felt like my prayer had been answered and I was going to be taken into good hands. I called her back immediately and she scheduled me for June 11. Two days later, she called me again on June 5. She left me a voicemail stating they had another appointment available on July 10th. Since I was going to be traveling at that time, I did not call back to accept the appointment on July 10th. Instead, I thought that I could speak with them in-person regarding any future appointments as I would have a better idea of my own schedule by then. The day of June 11th, I thought it was odd that I never received any kind of confirmation call for my appointment. Before driving a good 50 minutes away, I decided to give them a call. The first woman I spoke with was kind and let me know that she did not see my appointment for June 11th, but for July 10th. I let her know that must be a mistake. She then transferred me to Rene who was in charge of scheduling my June 11th appointment. Rene seemed very confused and could not give me a straight answer about what happened. She suggested that "someone must have gone on there to change the appointment..." I let her know that I never called back about July 10th and that she initially only ever received a call from me accepting the June 11th appointment, especially since I would be out of town in July visiting my family. Now, I understand that there are many patients in need of care and everyone makes mistakes, especially when things are chaotic. However... If Rene had been apologetic and owned up to the mistake, then I would have likely booked an appointment in late July. But her attitude was off-putting, defensive, and rude. I was so upset I had to decline. Plus, if this happened again and I drove 50 minutes out to discover my appointment was changed or cancelled without my consent, I would be livid. This was especially upsetting because I've been experiencing a lot of bodily pain and emotional distress lately. I could not wait to express my concerns to my new care team. I was very hopeful that I would be taken cared of, especially since this is my first pregnancy – out of three – that has successfully progressed past 12 weeks (I am about 18 weeks). This experience was overall extremely disappointing.

  Front desk is awful!!!!. Can’t get people’s appointments right and literally just cancel them.
