- RFRonnie FowlkesDec 17, 20255.0I've held my comments because I'm tired of giving 5 stars or referring people only to have issues making an appointment the next month but...Deirdre and Samantha (and their staff of course) are beyond the best. I never feel like I'm told to make an appointment to come in unnecessarily. I never feel rushed. I always send messages or requests and get prompt responses. When I had an issue with calling Deirdre handled it herself. When I had an issue with another practice Samantha called herself.

- KKKevin KolesaJan 31, 20221.0Update! 2022! This place should be ashamed. Took a great practice and made it unbearable. No return calls not the right medication and lets not start on the rude office staff. Please don't start going here. Since our Dr left it has been a completely different place. Our family has been going for 28 years and now need to find somewhere else. Call and sit on hold for 20 minutes to make appointment just so they can hang up or laugh at why you are making appointment. Asking personal info over the phone is truly a wonder. From lack of communication to sharing my info with others I just can't with this place anymore.

I was completely put off by the manner in which the receptionist treated me on the phone. Although that provider's panel was full, I would have taken a recommendation of a different provider. The medical practice staff's negative interaction with patients (or potential patients) is a reflection of the perception of the practice regardless if it is true. After all, patients have a choice.
