- RDR A DelmanAug 9, 20192.0I have had good experiences with this practice until recently. They have a high overturn of doctors. My primary care left, I switched to another primary care in the office and she left too. The front desk staff, one person specifically is new and very rude, talking down to me and getting louder as the conversation goes on as to intimidate me. So now I am in limbo with no primary care and when I call for an appointment I am told there are no appointments and to call back the next morning... this is not what a primary care doctor is for, I should not be pushed off to a urgent care facility when I am injured or sick.
