- TATaylor ArrabalAug 15, 20254.0I would absolutely give this place a 5-Star review if it weren't for their Front Desk staff. Anyone beyond the front desk team that I have dealt with has been wonderful (all nurses, lab techs, ultrasound techs, students, and doctors - have ALL be more than wonderful!!). They have all made me feel comfortable, addressed all of my concerns, went above and beyond, and have just overall a great bedside manner. As for the Front Desk staff... I have been there for about 3-4 appts? Plus have called in a few times to chat with the front desk staff, and every time, whether over the phone or in person, their customer service is terrible: Staff on their phone and couldn't bother to look up upon arrival, greeting is barely a greeting (no hello or how are you), monotoned muttering voice, etc. It honestly sounds to me like they all don't want to be there and certainly don't want you to be there either, let alone talk to you. Otherwise, I would definitely give this place a 5-star review. If you can get past the rude front desk people, it's worth booking your ultrasounds here!
- JRJane RankenSep 5, 20241.0I have called both the Towson and Bel Air locations, multiple times a day, since last Friday and not gotten through, nor a single call back, in regards to setting an appointment for my anatomy scan. Really, really disappointing and frustrating. Towson is always on lunch apparently.
- ARAnna RungJul 26, 20242.0I'm also going to complain about the tech, Katrina, when I went in for my fetal echocardiogram for my high risk pregnancy. She was not personable at all and super jabby with the ultrasound probe. I had to keep telling her it hurts where she was basically jabbing my stomach. She barely apologized and just asked if I had had a c-section which I have, and that's where she was jabbing me. I mean, it's been a few years but you can still see the scar, which she would have seen if she had even looked. She tried a different probe that was less painful but her bedside manner was still quite off-putting and rude. Look, I get it if you're having a bad day, but don't take it out on your patients, especially when you have a patient focused career. Gave 2 stars because everyone else has been nice, front desk, doctors, and other nurses. Sorry that one person ruins it all.
