I would absolutely give this place a 5-Star review if it weren't for their Front Desk staff.
Anyone beyond the front desk team that I have dealt with has been wonderful (all nurses, lab techs, ultrasound techs, students, and doctors - have ALL be more than wonderful!!). They have all made me feel comfortable, addressed all of my concerns, went above and beyond, and have just overall a great bedside manner.
As for the Front Desk staff...
I have been there for about 3-4 appts? Plus have called in a few times to chat with the front desk staff, and every time, whether over the phone or in person, their customer service is terrible: Staff on their phone and couldn't bother to look up upon arrival, greeting is barely a greeting (no hello or how are you), monotoned muttering voice, etc. It honestly sounds to me like they all don't want to be there and certainly don't want you to be there either, let alone talk to you.
Otherwise, I would definitely give this place a 5-star review. If you can get past the rude front desk people, it's worth booking your ultrasounds here!

I don't understand the negative reviews because my experience here was great. I had Angela as my sonographer and Dr. Cootauco as the doctor who reviewed my results. Angela was so sweet and kept me informed and comfortable through the whole ultrasound, and Dr. Cootauco was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in depth. Looking forward to visiting this location again throughout my pregnancy.

The first two times I came here I saw Wendy and absolutely loved her. She was so nice and explained everything so thoroughly. Had really hoped I’d have her for all of my future appointments which i understand was not likely to happen. My 3rd appointment I came in and saw Deborah Strobel. She wasn’t as talkative as Wendy but she was still extremely nice and answered any questions I had. Both Debbie and Wendy really took their time and before letting me leave for each appointment they would go check with the doctor and make sure everything was good before just saying goodbye. My last appointment about 2-3 weeks ago I saw Karina? Or Katrina? Not positive on the name. Last name was Hart. Anyway, was NOT pleased. She did not talk at all. I made maybe one comment about my baby on the screen and was completely ignored. I swear i went back into the room and was out in 5 minutes. I’ve never had an ultrasound completed that fast. Felt like she couldn’t have cared less to be there. I went for a 32 week and 36 week growth scan because I have gestational diabetes and this was the for the 36th week that i saw her. She obviously didn't look at my chart cause she didn’t know i had them. Looked suprised at the end when i said something about it. Had me just leave right after. This was the first appointment i wasn’t told to hang tight so the doctor could review.
Lastly, front desk was nice. However, when i would call to make appointments no one would ever answer the number for bel air. I’d always end up having to call the Towson number to schedule. Might be better to just list that one number to schedule if that’s always the case.

I’ve been warned about how rude this place is, actually I’m so glad I didn’t even get the chance to come in because the front desk woman was the rudest person I have ever spoken with can’t imagine what the rest of the experience would have been
