- BBBrandonDec 30, 20255.0Hi, so I’ve been meaning to fix my eyes for the better part of 25 years and there has always been a reason due to either to my age, job, wallet… that it just wasn’t the right time. It was the day after Christmas, and I was sitting in the house, I needed to better my life, but I didn’t know how. I looked around my desk and say one of many post-its, “look into lasik”. It was about 1:30. There were 2-3 relatively local options. Two didn’t answer a phone call. The third asked me a question then listed available appointments. I took 2:15 and got in the car. They checked me out, I told them about my previous eye surgery, they said it won’t have any affect on this, they asked when, I said before I start working again, I asked about money, and we got it financed. The center in Towson was already finished their operations for the day but Columbia wasn’t. The nurse asked me if was sure about everything so quickly, and I assured that it was fine. She called the other center and I drove to Columbia for the procedure around 4pm. I was out and picked up by a friend in the pleasantly dark evening just after 6pm. All of my healing has gone just as I was told ( it is rather unpleasant for a solid 12-18 hours as to be expected ). I just left my post op check up and clocked in @ 20/15. I was decided and ready to go and the staff made everything clean and easy for me the way through. I am very happy with my decision and am still excited as my vision continues to clear and heal.
