- LDLauren DeAngelisNov 12, 20251.0I have been going to these Oncologists for more than five years and have to say that I can’t remember seeing the same doctor more than a couple times. It seems they are not able to keep any doctors very long. As soon as I make an appointment, Phillip calls to reschedule again with a new doctor or nurse Practitioner or PA. I actually have had appointments made with doctors that aren’t even working there because they’re hoping to have a new doctor to fill the vacancies by the time my appointment day comes around. It’s very scary when you’re a cancer patient to have this kind of care, or should I say lack of care. Philip is very nice when he schedules and reschedules and schedules again my appointments over and over again because the doctors keep changing. I have no trust in this Oncology practice. There is no continuum of care. A friend of mine was recently diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and told me she was going to have her treatment here, but I made sure she knew that the doctors keep turning over and she should seek a more reliable practice. A friend of mine’s mother was also using this practice and had the same experience and feelings I do. She is now going to GBMC because of her experience at this practice. Please note that the infusion nurses, NPs, PAs, office staff staff and assistants are all very nice and accommodating but the problem lies with the fact that they don’t have enough doctors and can’t keep the ones they hire. I’m very disappointed with this practice and would not recommend it to anyone at this time.

For the wonderful care and attention she took when dealing with my daughter, Tamara Jones she was so kind and caring ,when my daughter ask Questions and kept asking how she felt and did I or her need anything , the care and whole cleanest of the place was amazing!
