- KDKenneth Davis2 days ago5.0Comcentra has been amazing for me the past 7 months. I have been working raj on my ankle after my police academy ankle sprain and he has been nothing but amazing. He really knows his stuff and knows just what to do to get your injury back to normal. He knows how to work with the Injury with maneuvering and moving to get it some range of motion. He knows dry needling to work on swelling and range of motion stuff. Overall raj is one of the best physical therapists I have had because he was funny and helpful and knew how to Motivate and work with you through the pain And stuff the doctor wanted him to Do. I will recommend him every time if someone needs a physical therapist. I am Going back to police academy in march thanks to raj and his expertise in my ankle sprain. Thank you RAJ in physical therapy! To add Doctor Carrie Dorsey was amazing too I got referred to ortho after my MRI and she comtinued to check in On me while I was working with Raj. She has a very nice and friendly attitude and is very helpful. The world needs doctors like dr Dorsey . She is amazing

She handled my drug test, flu shot, and TB test, and was extremely professional, friendly, and informative throughout the entire process. Jewel took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out, she was truly exceptional! Highly recommend seeing Jewel if you want someone who genuinely cares and provides top notch care.

She had to give me a shot and take blood and truly you didn’t feel a thing . She is excellent. I met with Dr. Macintosh and he was very friendly and helpful . I honestly had a very good experience from start to finish. Great team at this location.
- KTKarla TubayaNov 3, 20251.0Concentra fron desk staff members are very rude over the phone and in person, very disregarding to the point that I felt I barely had time to speak, in person they are the same way, not even a tiny smile, at one point a male front desk member ask me to show him my arm to assess the TB result, at first I didn't hear what he said, so I day "sorry could you repeat that" he then repeated what he had said but with a very strong/ anointed tone of voice, then he send me on my way with a paper, not a smile, not a word, he just handed the parer to me and,said nothing. Last year your front desk employees had the sane attitude, am not a perdon that complains, I wasn't even going to do it, but I got this message to I decided to say something. They have the typical attitude of "I hate my job/I hate to interact with the costumers/don't want to be here but I dont have anywhere to go" I didn't get anybody's name as I was not going to put a complaint. Thanks anyways for asking.
