From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel cared for and respected. The medical assistant and nurse practitioner were not only knowledgeable, but also extremely compassionate and attentive to my needs. What stood out the most to me was seeing Black women in healthcare at the forefront of my care. It made me feel safe, secure, and truly seen in a way that meant so much to me. Representation matters, and their presence created a comforting and affirming environment. Both visits were smooth and punctual, with everything explained clearly and thoughtfully. I never felt rushed, and all of my questions were answered with patience and care. Planned Parenthood provided me with high-quality, respectful, and culturally sensitive care, and I’m so grateful for the team that supported me. Highly recommend!
