Cheryl Howard is extremely knowledgeable about the products they carry, and she is very dedicated in helping you decide the best fit for you and your family with regard to lifestyle and budget. Cheryl's personality is so warm and friendly that you feel like family. Because we were under a time constraint, Tom Howard delivered and installed, after hours, the Bruno Elite stairlift. Tom was prompt, efficient and very knowledgeable. After installing, he took his time to explain and demonstrate the stairlift. He made my mother feel extremely confident and safe when operating the chair. For weeks after the installation, my mother repeatedly spoke about how much she loves her stairlift, and what a wonderful experience we had with 101 Mobility. Top notch from the beginning to the end!
