They were great at explaining each process, checking in with me as things went along, and making sure they answered any questions I had. I highly recommend this practice!!

I’ve never had this issue before where my insurance had been rejected and was not told this despite multiple calls to them days prior. Giving 4 stars because it’s a minor issue, even if it majorly inconvenienced me, and they were nice people. But I’m not paying $563 for a cleaning appt w x-rays when I can pay nothing for every other dentist so I had to walk out. At least they told me before the appointment instead of trapping me with the cost afterwards.

I was then escorted to the back and seated in a massage chair, where Brittany cleaned my teeth. She was extremely kind and gentle throughout the entire cleaning process. Dr. Anwar then came in to review my X-rays and overall oral health. He is a true professional who clearly demonstrated his expertise and knowledge of dentistry. As I was leaving, I was greeted by another wonderful staff member, Jocelyne, who was warm, friendly, and welcoming. Overall, it was an excellent experience from start to finish—exactly how a dental visit should be. Sincerely, Pat B.
