They are very disorganized, impolite, and disrespectful, they scream to you in the phone, and they do not care at all on giving a good Customer Service. I’m planning on taking my business some place else. Unfortunately this Safeway Pharmacy at 5510 Norbeck Rd Rockville, MD 20853 was not my choice, I was transferred from my previous pharmacy. I used to be customer for many years at the Safeway Pharmacy in Rockville (store they are closing) and they had The Best Customer Service.

Two times they have refused to give me a vaccine 2hrs before closing because they are too backed up and "it would be a hardship" for them. I went a third time and got the person who cares and it was no problem.

They prepared the wrong vaccine for the man in line ahead of me and then threw it away unused in the regular trash in the waiting area instead of the sharps container. Despite showing up early and having an appointment at 11 I didn’t receive my vaccine until 11:30. It’s unclear if I received the correct vaccine since the syringe wasn’t labeled. Despite signing up online to receive a moderna Covid vaccine and telling them that when I checked in they prepared a Pfizer vaccine. They were very wasteful and slow. It was hard to understand the older fat lady and the other pharmacist acted like a deaf/mute.
