He is very knowledgeable and effective with his individualized treatment plans; and has a warm rapport with his patients. I went to him after successful surgery for a broken wrist and made remarkable progress with my hand strength and physical function. I noticed many happy patients being treated for back and feet issues too. Tim is one of the most professional physical therapist you will ever meet and he is supported at Phoenix Rehab by a wonderful staff; MARIANNE in particular!

I got paired with Dr. Tim Zelch who knew how to recover a newly operated-on bicep tendon. Well, during the 8 weeks, each day my arm progressed, and as per his instructions for exercises, got stronger. The arm had to repair itself and we had to stay in that window to work it not too hard nor not too easy. Following its (the arm)'s progress. But the great thing is the time Tim spent explaining to me, listening to me, and asking questions at each visit. Tim cares and is a 100% total professional.

At first, my initial appointment was difficult to schedule because of my busy schedule, but it was worked out and scheduled within a reasonable time. The physical therapists and aids are friendly, approachable and knowledgable. It never felt like they gave up on me. Most importantly, I never saw a cell phone being used in the facility, showing me that the whole staff was committed and invested in getting me back to where I was before I was hurt.
