I had a rotator cuff repair on September 2021, and a friend recommended Phoenix Physical Therapy in Rockville. I worked with Jon, Melissa, Nicole, Tricia, Isaac, and all of them were EXCELLENT!!! Not only very professional and patient- oriented, but they also make you feel like at home, they are warm and attentive, and you can also have a conversation with them, while they are helping you with your rehab. After my left shoulder recovered from the surgery (5-6 months), the orthopedist prescribed physical therapy also for my right shoulder, which had a pair of tendons broken. As surgery would not fix it, I did therapy with many of the amazing therapists mentioned above. It was awesome!!. After 5-6 months, my right shoulder is much better. A special mention should be made regarding Debbie, which works at the front desk and completes this amazing team. Even though she is not a therapist, she would help you to get your schedule set, keeps everything clean, and many times will help you with the stem and the heat or cold therapy. Very important part of the team. After I recovered from both shoulders, my orthopedist recommended to continue exercising independently. Well, I am not a person to keep a work out routine at home. So, I decided to take advantage of their program where for a reasonable monthly fee you can go and exercise to keep your fitness level. And they are there, ready to give advice and orient you in your routine, if needed.
