Great gym with a solid environment. John is always super helpful. Equipment is great and the vibe is motivating!

First of all, amazing gym, great machines and equipment. Second great community and staff. Especially Tony. If you need a membership make sure you talk to Tony. He’s super considerate and is an excellent help.
John, the manager, is awesome! He was very professional, friendly, and accommodating when I decided not to go with a membership due to the one year commitment. He offered helpful solutions without making me feel pressured which made me feel much more comfortable. The gym is very nice and a good price but crowded. The staff were very friendly and professional. The only thing that could use a bit of improvement was the cleanliness of the bathrooms and I’m only saying that cause I’m sure they will do something if they know. Other than that it seems very well managed.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Onelife Fitness.
When I signed up, I was clearly told that I would pay a registration fee and monthly membership, and that adding my children would only cost $19.99. At no point was I informed about any future activation or reactivation fees.
Recently, I called to add my children back onto my membership, and Nikole told me I now have to pay an additional activation fee, saying it was “only $35.” The amount is not the issue — the problem is that this fee was never disclosed at the time of signup.
When I asked for clarification or to speak with the person who originally signed me up, I was told that he is the manager and that I “don’t need to talk to them,” which felt dismissive and unprofessional.
The lack of transparency and the way this situation was handled makes it hard to trust the business. Policies should be clearly explained upfront, and customer concerns should be handled respectfully.
I would not recommend this location based on my experience.
