Onelife Fitness is hands down one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to. The facility is always clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a wide variety of equipment. Whether you’re into weight training, cardio, or group classes, they truly have something for everyone. The staff especially Nico and Danielle are super friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which makes the environment feel welcoming and motivating. The classes are high-energy and led by knowledgeable instructors who genuinely care about your progress. I also love the overall vibe—positive, respectful, and inspiring. If you’re looking for a gym that feels like a community and pushes you to be your best, Onelife Fitness is absolutely worth it. Highly recommend! 💪✨

5 stars for Leke! He is an excellent personal trainer who focuses on more than just physical results. He helped me build discipline, stay consistent, and actually stick to my routine. His coaching style is motivating and structured, which pushed me to show up even on tough days. I’m genuinely grateful for the progress I’ve made under his guidance.

When I walked in today the front desk woman made an assumption and accused my sister of scanning her membership twice for me just because she said she saw her in the gym earlier. The entire interaction was less than two minutes but involved public accusations and yelling across the room, which was embarrassing and unnecessary. This was straight up harassment and extremely unprofessional. She was proven wrong and still didn’t apologize unless I asked, and even then it felt fake and full of excuses. The way this was handled felt like racial profiling, especially since there were way better ways to go about it. I asked to speak to a manager and was shut down as she claimed to be the manager. Her name tag said Rachel S, Assistant Director, so she misinterpreted her role.

I received an email on November 30th offering a one-dollar enrollment fee and no membership dues until January. I seized the opportunity and signed up, ensuring I selected multi-club access. Upon arriving at the Rockville location on December 1st, the young lady at the front desk informed me that since I had signed up in Germantown, I lacked access to the Rockville club. This news was both alarming and perplexing. I reiterated that I had chosen multi-club access. That’s when she explained that individuals who sign up in Germantown don’t receive access to the Rockville club. This explanation made no sense to me, and it naturally raised concerns about a bait-and-switch scenario. I asked her if there was someone I could speak to about my membership. She presented a chart displaying various club tiers and their associated prices. I was unaware of this tier system and the different pricing for different clubs. Consequently, I was now confused about what I had actually signed up for. She then offered to upgrade my membership for me, claiming it would only take a moment. I reiterated that everything was confusing and that I wanted to speak to someone else to understand my membership, the associated dues, and any potential extra charges for an upgrade. She then responded rather impolitely and with an irritated tone, “I’m trying to help you.” I responded, “I understand you’re trying to help, but it would be most helpful if there was someone else I could speak to. I’m about to cancel.” At this point, a young man introduced himself as the manager, despite his name tag reading “Membership…”. I explained the situation to him. He explained the tier system and how signing up at one club over another could impact your dues and access. The young lady stood next to him and slammed the cash register forcefully, drawing my attention and making it clear that she was angry. After she did this, the young man asked me “why are you looking at her like that?”. I replied, “What?” He answered “You’re giving her the side eye. You’re mean-mugging her.” I asked him if he was indeed the manager, if he was the only one on duty, and if there was anyone else I could speak to. He assured me that he was the only one. (I later discovered that multiple managers were present in a meeting and could have been contacted.) I expressed my disappointment, feeling that he was supposed to help me, but instead, he wanted to tell me he doesn’t like the way I look. At this point, I had had enough of my brief experience with Onelife Fitness and asked him how I could cancel my membership. He informed me that sending an email was the only option. Please understand that my experience with One Life Fitness lasted less than 24 hours before two front-facing employees displayed rude, antagonistic, and combative behavior.
