Afternoons, I barely wait at all and I went every 2 weeks for almost a year, then monthly. Nicole is one of the best phlebotomists I've ever had, amongst 5 other hospital systems, 10+ labs, and many more clinics. The front office admins are organized and friendly, despite high turnover in the last year due to covid.
