BEWARE Really patient unfriendly work process. Cardio dept Univ MD Queenstown MD (and all testing) does not send test reports to your referring doc or to you after testing. Test results go to central file. Must then fax a request for record from their records dept. in Easton MD. If you or your doc need test results quickly you'll never get them. Bill G Chester MD

I went to the ER here in Queenstown with chest pains a couple days ago. I want to say how grateful I am for such wonderfully kind and knowledgeable medical staff. They looked after me providing extra pillows and blankets, all the meds I needed and even a cup of coffee. They were so kind to me and my husband. Thank you for your excellent care.

We were on our way home from vacation and had to make an emergency pit stop at this hospital/ER even though I didnt want too, im glad I did. It was great service. The RN I had was a stellar. She was very quick with getting me back into the ER and getting me treated. Took my info later because she was more concerned with my medical emergency I had going on. She was very attenative to my every need, She brought me a fresh hot blanket, an extra pillow to hold over my side to help with my pain, she was funny and we joked around, her bedside manner was great, she explained everything she did to me and everything they planned on doing to me. She included my husband. She was just amazing!!!!! I was in and out of there in less than 3-4 hours which included two IV bags, a UA,
bloodwork and a CT scan with contrast. Thank u to all the medical staff who took care of me, especially the RN- the main person who over saw my care. She gave me a very detailed clinical summary of every detail about my visit. Only thing missing is her name. The RN that over saw my care. I was so in and out of it I do not remember her name. Her name should be on my clinical summary not just the dr. Her as the RN who oversaw my care, deserves her name on that clinical summary. She did way more for me than the actual dr did. Im very thankful for the dr, all she did was listen to what this RN reported. I wanted to say thank u to her...........
