  The majority of the staff was very nice and understanding, but Chemise Williams made my entire experience a nightmare. Working this type of clinic on Christmas Eve is undoubtedly hard, but probably not harder than it is for the patients who have to come in on Christmas Eve. Chemise accused me of being disrespectful when I expressed confusion over not being able to bring my partner back with me (like I do with all of my medical appointments), and tried to CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT because she felt "uncomfortable". I did not do anything to make her uncomfortable, although I am autistic and felt very stressed out by my sensitive situation, and therefore likely didn't come off as perfectly polite. I did not curse or yell until she had already tried to turn me away and shut the door. The receptionist was kind enough to try and talk to her, but ultimately Chemise did not speak to me politely or respectfully OR agree to go forward with my appointment until I made it clear that I would be lodging a formal complaint, which tells me that I didn't actually do anything disrespectful at all, that she was simply being obstinate in the first place, and that she understood that I had an appropriate reason to make a formal complaint. She did not apologize for her behavior, or even admit that she was wrong, and even tried to convince me that she hadn't treated me unreasonably at all, and I will still be reaching out to corporate right after the holidays; nasty, disrespectful people who pick and choose who they're willing to care for do NOT belong in the healthcare and hospitality field.

  Had a wonderful experience. No judgement. Everyone makes you feel comfortable. My med tech Ivory was the bomb! Very nice and funny 😁

  This was by far the best clinic I’ve ever been to! Everyone here was extremely sweet , attentive, and caring. The front desk staff was welcoming and ensured I was able to be seen and there was no wait time . The medical assistant Ivory was AMAZING she went above and beyond to give me the best care . She was extremely detailed and helpful and so sweet and overall made my experience as easy as possible . I’m so grateful for her ! She also extremely funny which was a major plus and just so kind , I couldn’t have asked for better care . The provider I believe her name is Kelly was also great , she answered all my questions and I felt very seen and heard . I can’t recommend this center enough I had a great experience!!!

  I am a very nervous patient and the ladies here made me feel very comfortable. They were kind, they were patient, they were very funny and the doctor helping me took my concerns very seriously. Feeling safe is the bedrock for good healthcare and they nailed it.

  I had an awesome experience at Planned Parenthood today! The staff were so friendly and made me feel super comfortable — almost like we were all good girlfriends just chatting. The nurse, Ivory, was so sweet and nice — she has such a bubbly, caring personality that instantly put me at ease. Dr. Kelly was amazing! I felt heard, cared for, and truly like a priority. By far my favorite location when I can’t get in with my primary. Highly recommend!
