This urgent care center has provided the best experiences when needing immediate care for myself and my family. I had the pleasure of being cared for by Haley Schweizer, PA-C. The wait wasn’t long at all, the facility is very nice, and they were all super friendly. Pleasant experience compared to other urgent care centers. Thank you!!

I had such a great experience during my son’s sick visit at this urgent care. Destiny and Carol were amazing, so kind, attentive, and extremely professional from the moment we walked in. They made sure my son felt comfortable and kept us informed throughout the entire visit. You can tell they truly care about their patients. I highly recommend this urgent care to anyone looking for excellent, compassionate care. Thank you, Destiny and Carol, for making a stressful situation so much easier!

My 17 year old made an appointment for this location online. The system allowed her to make the appointment, took all her info, including her DOB, and it never referenced she had to have a guardian with her. She showed up for the appointment, was told that their system isn't working today and she would be treated as a walk-in. She proceeded to complete the paperwork and the intake, then was taken back to triage. During triage, the front desk yelled back and told them to stop treating her because she is 17. My daughter asked if they could call me for consent because I am a paraplegic and couldn't get there. The front desk explained that they wouldn't take phone consent but she could bring any adult back with her. She informed them that she didn't have another adult and they told her she couldn't be seen. After she left and called me crying, I called. The person who answered the call was completely unsympathetic and smug to our situation. I explained that we've never had issues anywhere else and she said "that's other places." She never got anyone above her to discuss the matter and was completely unhelpful. All of my care is through University of Maryland and has overall been wonderful. Seeing a newer facility with UM's name on it, mistakenly gave me confidence in this facility. I understand that my child is a minor, but I am disabled and having health problems that prevented me from taking her. I'm extremely disappointed that accommodations could not be made in extraordinary circumstances and that "any" adult could come in with her, but I couldn't provide my consent by phone. Thankfully, Teledoc allowed my verbal consent and sent her in an antibiotic in less than 10 minutes. We know going forward to start with them and I recommend others do the same or try Patient First.

No X-ray and did not tell us until we got there. No phone call to let us know- just oops sorry. Very frustrating to be told that with a busted up hand. Do not waste your time.
