- HEHeather EvansDec 22, 20251.0I made an appointment for my daughter at 10am online for 3pm. Arrived around 2:30pm the front desk woman was dismissive and annoyed we were early. Explained they were already behind schedule and asked if I could see all of the people in the waiting room (there were two groups of two) and that their appointments were at 2pm, so there was no way we would be seen at 3pm. She told me she would just check us in and we should wait in the car. We did, and NEVER got a call or text to come in. I did a virtual appointment and got flu medicine for my 8 year old in a matter of 20 minutes. I will never go back here or refer anyone ever. Terrible service.

They got me in and out quickly with a great plan of care at a time when I was in a lot of pain and feeling very vulnerable. Will definitely be my Urgent Care of choice the next time I need one.
