  Very disappointed. I made an error by checking in online arrived at 8:10 went to wrong desk because there is no sign for new patient to know they are in this dark space. I arrived to the clinic at 8:17 sat down because I checked in online then I hear the nurse and receptionist talking about me so I get up go to the desk and asked was I supposed to come to the desk even if I checked in online? I have watched her assist 2 customers. So it was 8:24 am by this time. So what’s the point of online check-in? Note new patient need to be there 30 minutes before the appointment time. I should have took prior reviews in to consideration. Bad 1st impression for customers service.

  I saw Sarah Sauder -she is a midwife and Dr. Holsey and both were very attentive and thorough. They didn’t rush through my appointment and helped me get to the bottom of my issue.

  Very unprofessional staff,i wish i can give them zero star,the navigation took me wrong way after i was literally 2 minutes away from the clinic so i called the office to tell them i will be late but nobody answered the phone so i continued driving and when i arrived they said you have to reschedule because you are late,I said i called to tell you the error i had with the GBS but nobody answered how its my fault.she said we called earlier to ask you if you can come earlier due to cancelation we had but you said No,the receptionist got offended because i didn’t take earlier appointment! I felt mistreated big time ! I will never come or reschedule this appointment at this location ever again.

  I had an appointment back in September of 2020. That appointment had to be rescheduled. Which then got cancelled, and rescheduled four times since then. I wasn't able to be seen till MARCH. Then of course, I was going off old information of waiting in the car to be called in, but after 10 minutes and watching someone walk in, I got fed up and walked in. Only to be told because I'm late, I may not be seen. I was waiting in the car like my last reminder told me! I'm going to find a new Gyn.
