  Very disappointed. I made an error by checking in online arrived at 8:10 went to wrong desk because there is no sign for new patient to know they are in this dark space. I arrived to the clinic at 8:17 sat down because I checked in online then I hear the nurse and receptionist talking about me so I get up go to the desk and asked was I supposed to come to the desk even if I checked in online? I have watched her assist 2 customers. So it was 8:24 am by this time. So what’s the point of online check-in? Note new patient need to be there 30 minutes before the appointment time. I should have took prior reviews in to consideration. Bad 1st impression for customers service.

  I got to this appointment on time and was sent a confirmation text and filled out the paperwork online. As you can see by the pics there were no messages given about arriving 15 mins before your appointment for new patients. Mind you I’m a university of Maryland patient anyways. I’m just new to this location. So I take off work and get here ON TIME and they won’t see me. But I guarantee they would have charged me if I missed this appointment. Completely unacceptable. On top of that, their handicapped door didn’t work and the patients who needed it were left outside! I will be going somewhere else! Absolutely unacceptable!

  Very unprofessional staff,i wish i can give them zero star,the navigation took me wrong way after i was literally 2 minutes away from the clinic so i called the office to tell them i will be late but nobody answered the phone so i continued driving and when i arrived they said you have to reschedule because you are late,I said i called to tell you the error i had with the GBS but nobody answered how its my fault.she said we called earlier to ask you if you can come earlier due to cancelation we had but you said No,the receptionist got offended because i didn’t take earlier appointment! I felt mistreated big time ! I will never come or reschedule this appointment at this location ever again.

  Edit: I see that you've sent me the exact same response you send anyone who leave an accurate review and if any of your response were true you'd have fixed this issue by now. Like most people are saying I would leave 0 stars if I could. Quit wasting people's time! Constantly changing appointments is keeping people from receiving care and that is dangerous! Incredibly rude on the phone after they rescheduled my appointment for no reason (One of them answered one question then just hung up on me!) Don't go here I hope they close if this is the best they can do at scheduling there is no reason to trust them with your care
