He went above and beyond, When other doctors blew off my son‘s symptoms- He ordered all the accurate tests to determine my son‘s diagnosis. My son was diagnosed with MS.- And if it weren’t for Dr.KONDRASHOV-He would still be undiagnosed today with ongoing physical and Cognitive issues. I couldn’t be more grateful for his due diligence, his passion and his knowledge! There’s nothing more important than the right team of doctors! I am beyond grateful and I highly recommend him to everyone, but especially to those we have ongoing problems and do not have any answers, he will find the answers! - GCGreg CoxNov 21, 20252.0I cannot rate the doctors or receptionists, but I was very disappointed with the Lab. I think the woman who took my blood samples needs some training. After two days I still have a large bruise on that that arm. I've had blood work done many other places over the years and never had this issue. I would not use that Lab again. Follow-up, this is what my arm looks like 4 days after your lab work.

Never had any issues until recently when I was unable to see a provider for an ongoing issue due to an error on this facilitys part. I called and left a message with my provider's team stating exactly what I needed. Then I received a phone call the next morning asking what my issues were as if they were clueless of what's going on. This team member proceeded to tell me that what I was asking for wasn't something I needed as if im making up what was told to me even though I explained I was unable to be seen because of their clerical error. This team members comments weren't out of line however her tone was very condescending and rude. Until now I've been happy with UMM Pasadena. No issues with my PCM but the care team needs to show more empathy and compassion.
