The call center making appointments is incompetent. Despite saying multiple times that I needed a contact lens prescription they first booked me an appt with a doctor that doesn't do contacts. I had to split my appointments and wait three more weeks for the refraction. Then I get there and they were unaware the appt. was for contacts. My prescription had expired and I needed to order more asap so I was originally ok with the fact they would not take my insurance at this location so I could get the prescription quickly. I was told it would be $55. Then I get there and I'm told it will be an additional $100 for the contacts prescription. The $55 is for glasses and I have to do both. If I knew that cost I would have waited for the location that does take my insurance or found a new location. I drove 45 mins to this location because they told me it could be done quickly and for an ok cost. On top of this they were late to start my appt. Will be finding somewhere else to go for future eye care. The doctors have been great but the call center doing the booking doesn't know what they are doing and it's bad enough to make me not come back

Used to love this office. Providers are not personable. Waited almost 2 hours at the downtown office. Went to the OM office and received a prescription which I can barley use the glasses. Called after months of trying to get used to the prescription and was told I can't get in to any location until December. I stated I would need to go somewhere else and the employee said "okay" and hung up. They could care less!

This office is absolutely the WORST I have ever had to deal with. I needed a form for a history & physical for an upcoming cataract removal which had been scheduled months prior. Ridiculous wait times on hold( over 30 min) and when I finally got through, I was assured “someone “would call me back. I was promised return calls 4 separate times- no call or messages received. I went to the office, hoping to get the form in hand, and again was promised “someone” would call. I did not receive the needed form. I even left a message on the portal where a response is supposed to be received within 48hrs, but although it was noted that my message was read, no one has responded. That was over a week ago. In March, I had been given a surgical date for July 7 - if the surgical schedule had been revised, I would think “someone” would have informed me, as I was asked to have a retinal exam and pre- op physical before hand. So, frankly I GIVE UP! Thankfully there are other qualified providers in the area.

Too much wait time. We waited more then hour to be seen by nurse the another hour to see doctor. Total of two hours. Pathetic service. We had a another appointment two days later and still same. Doctors seem not to care making us wait and wait.
