- MBMike BeilerDec 22, 20251.0Everything about my experience was horrible! Medline sent me there to be able to return to work. I was told to go and that they'd have paperwork there. Not true. Went back to work, got paperwork and returned to Concentra. I was honest with a medication I was on. I was sent to my personal Dr. I returned to Concentra the next morning with my Dr's paperwork. They said they'd text when it was ready. I called 8 hours later and they said to come in. I went there from my home and had my 3 kids in car. I waited in the lobby for at 15-20 minutes just to sign and complete my medication. This caused me to be late in getting my daughter to gymnastics and it delayed me returning to my driver position. This needs to be fixed! Please listen to this feedback!
