  The staff are so nice! The PCMs are as well and take time with you, not rushing through the apt. Very much appreciate everyone’s professionalism.

  My husband and I have been seeing Dr Momeni for at least 25 years plus. He is the best. Everyone in the office as well.

  I have some sort of sinus/allergy thing going on, so I called to see a doctor because I started having ear pain. I was told because it was a "sick" visit, I had to do tele-health call and couldn't go in. No problem, I completely understand. The doctor Akanoh prescribed me an antibiotic and then when I asked if ear drops would be an option, her response was rude and condescending that if she could feel and see my ears and throat she could but since I didnt come in, she can't make that determination. I told her I wanted to come in but the office wouldn't allow it. How can you determine without seeing someone, they need an antibiotic but not ear drops..."It could just be seasonal allergies", but here's an antibiotic anyway. I have seen many doctors and I have never had an experience like this before. I will never visit or try be associated with this location again. She should be ashamed of herself from her mannerisms, tone and attitude.

  Great receptionists, but automated answering system does not make talking to someone if one has an immediate question very easy. Much improvement for phone communication is needed; patients should not be given an automated runaround to ask a question concerning one's healthcare.update( 5/27/25: the automated system still gives the caller a runaround. Makes me think that Noone reads these reviews. Thanks for nothing, umms!
