I have been going there for awhile and I've tried to call for 2 weeks straight to get a nurse to contact me back and no one contacted me for a week in a half then once I got contacted back by the head nurse Krista Watson it wasn't a very respectful phone call. I have 2 witnesses that heard the entire phone call and how she treated me and it was like she was rushing off the phone and didn't want to listen to what I was trying to say like she didn't even care. today Wednesday july 14tg and got discharged for no reason. I checked in it was talking to the was talking to the secretary about how to complain on a nurse complain on the nurse the nurse heard me came out and said I could talk came out and said I could talk to the head lady Karen I said I choose not to I said I choose not to talk to her I want to go higher than her they're in her and then I got called in the back then I got called in the back the young nurse did a great job unwrapped my wound great job unwrapped my wound measured it cleaned it cleaned it everything that they normally do then deal then the next nurse and the doctor came in which was doctor Hayward or came in which was doctor Hayward He said how can I help you today which obviously he shouldn't know why I'm there and he should know why I'm there and what he needs to help me with and he talks to me and he talked to me about some things that I think had nothing to I think had nothing to do with my wound care So now I am going to the Better Business Bureau it's a Better Business Bureau I'm contacting corporate and I will be like Brett and I will be letting all my friends and family members know members know about the bedtime today it's a bad time today at the wound clinic in Laurel Maryland Lynette and Laura Maryland

From the moment we walked through the doors at the wound center, we received excellent care. The staff and doctors had great beside manners, they made my mother's experience there wonderful. The doctors always had time to go over in details what to expect and they always followed through. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs wound care and desire excellent service. Her name is Shirley Proctor, thanks guys for taking great care of our mom.

Dr. Tristan J Orellano, MD. and his team are Very Best at what they do. I went to them with a wound and found out it was cause by a bone infection. Which I had for about a year. I can't say enough how thankful I am for there Care and Treatment. - Mark T,
