As I am completing this review, we are still here waiting for test results at 3:30. Pray you did not come here dying as this service here is slow and very unprofessional. While my spouse was getting vitals done, the staff was talking about patients around us with no concern. These were negative and unprofessional comments. They had my spouse walking around with urine while waiting to decide if they were going to submit an order. They really need to invest in some Customer Service Trainings for the staff and also look at streamlining the check-in process! This is sad to be around the corner from my home and can not receive just decent service.
