But the doctor was so fast and brief, and I didn't get to share more about health issues with her. Generally their customers service is good .

Me and my co workers have to go there to do our respirator fit test once a year and every year she claims “ we don’t do full face here!” Even when we show her the paperwork from our previous year that proves that we have had this done at that very location, and it turns into this full on battle … only for the nurses and doctors to come from the back and confirm that THEY DO INFACT DO FULL FACE RESPIRATORS there. Every year and she is the only one who is consistently giving us a problem. Mind you, we don’t all go at the same time. We go in the month that we were hired so that is about 6 different months out of the year and she gives each person an attitude and a problem. This is extremely unprofessional and she needs to be properly trained on customer service as well as informed on what services Concentra provides. Outside of her, all of the nurses are amazing and very sweet as well as the doctors. They are all great. The front desk is a nightmare
