- QRQ RobertsonNov 17, 20211.0I wish there was an option for zero stars. I went to the Safeway pharmacy to get the flu shot today and the customer service was horrible. I made the appointment online and I checked in via the kiosk upon arrival, ( I would like to mention that there is a sign requesting you to check in via the kiosk). There was already someone sitting in the waiting area so I sat down to wait my turn. The tech finished with the previous person that was waiting and I was assuming natural it would be my turn next. My appointment was at 5 and I arrived at 4:30. I say other people arrive and they didn't check in at the kiosk, they checked in at the desk. I went up to the desk to inquire about the check In process and they told me the kiosk is not attached to their computer system so they have no way of knowing I arrived. At this point 5 people have checked in ahead of me. They knew check in time and that I had an appointment and serviced me after all those customers at 5:10. I will never use their service again.

The help is excellent and friendly. There are great things I would love to say but will not on the internet because of other expectations others might have. But I cannot say enough "good" things about the pharmacists; they are excellent. I would not go anywhere else for prescriptions. The other comments were not relevant to the pharmacy at all. Candy does not come from the pharmacy but from the grocery part of Safeway. Please keep comments about the pharmacy in relation "to the pharmacy." They need to know what a good job they are doing in this department!
