- TST SDec 6, 20253.0Front desk staff isn’t friendly or helpful. The wait time for doctors can be brutal but they are good at what they do. Make the front desk staff collect your copay!!!!! They don’t sometimes and I promise you it will create a headache for you. Billing staff will charge you for copays when you have already paid them. Watch your bills. Happened to me twice and they do not make it easy to get it corrected.

Even though I saw a resident/med student first, I was still finished within an hour of my appointment time and most of that time was clinical. The facility is new and thoughtfully designed. I did have an appointment earlier in the morning so I can't say whether they stay on schedule the rest of the day. They have electric vehicle chargers for the most common plug type-only (forget the name) via semaconnect convenient to the clinic.
