We waited over an hour and 15 minutes for an appointment with Dr. Jacob Wynes — this was our first visit, and it left a terrible impression. As a parent bringing my child in to see a surgeon, I expected professionalism, but instead we were completely ignored. The provider walked past us while we stood by the door and never acknowledged us. No one updated us on the delay, respected our time, or offered any kind of courtesy. When we finally left and returned moments later to check if he was now available, we were told he was seeing another patient — as if our time and presence didn’t matter. First-time patients deserve better. Respect people’s time and offer better communication and service — especially when it involves children and their care.

She had me do all these different types of hand exercises and then sent me on my way. Clearly my left hand was swollen and she said it didn't look like it to her. She made me feel like I was wasting her time she told me to go get a sonogram which might explain the problem with my hand . Her examination of my left hand was very quick. She was no help at all and my hand is still hurting me as I write this review. She does not deserve to get paid for the sorry service she provided to me
