  I have been trying for 10 months now to get an authorization completed for labwork I had done last year. I called the lab and they told me any doctor in that office can do the authorization. They just need to have one. There has been no explanation or apology as to why it's taken so long. Managment ignores you and doesn't return calls. Now my account is in collections with the lab. It should not take over 10 months to get resolution for a problem!!!! This is completely ridiculous!!!

  If i could give this place a zero star i would. I was 3 (yes, three) minutes late to my appointment and they did not want to see me. Not once when scheduling my appointment was i told that they do not have a grace period. I asked the receptionist if she can atleast ask if i can still be seen she literally told me no. Unprofessional and inconsiderate. I will never be returning here and i do not recommend

  The doctors are nice, however- this is going to be 3rd appt for pregnancy and I've seen a different doctor each time. What happened to seeing the same doctor through the whole pregnancy. Not really happy about this. Also the blonde lady at the front counter is not very professional. She will sit there and talk to her co worker about non work related things instead of promptly greeting you. I could say more but im not going to just yet. Also..they have no ultrasound techs available so it wastes more of my time having to go elsewhere for that.

  I would not recommend this place to anyone. First mistake, I was told I couldn’t get blood drawn here due to a billing issue. Come to find out, the phlebotomist entered the wrong information. Second, scheduled with Dr. Gaskins who cancelled on me same day, then had me sitting in a room for an hour after having to wait another week to see her & I couldn’t wait any longer. Third, I called the emergency number at 8:30 pm due to extreme vomiting & nausea & did not get a call back until 4 hours later. This place does not value their patients or their patients time!

  I couldn’t even get through they would pick up the phone then hang up I called twice and they did it twice definitely not the clinic for me
