  This place is a JOKE! Please don’t go here. Theres no follow up and no accountability. The wait times are ALWAYS over an hour but they have a sign which says if you are 15mins late your appointment will be cancelled. I tried to give multiple chances but it is just a horrible establishment. I was asked to do a test two weeks ago. No one has reached out to me about the results. I don’t know what the doctors are doing but just know that you’re on your own if you choose this as your Gyn office. The best experience I had was with Katherine O’Brien and she was a CNM. She spent over an hour just talking to me and going over details. Dr Gayaso will be 2hours late and rush out in ten mins. I was actually informed she ALAYS comes late. If you have an 8am with her she won’t show up till 9:30. Why is this allowed? Who is running this place? Where is the patient care? Please do yourself a favor and find an alternative provider because this is not it.

  I have been trying for 10 months now to get an authorization completed for labwork I had done last year. I called the lab and they told me any doctor in that office can do the authorization. They just need to have one. There has been no explanation or apology as to why it's taken so long. Managment ignores you and doesn't return calls. Now my account is in collections with the lab. It should not take over 10 months to get resolution for a problem!!!! This is completely ridiculous!!!

  If i could give this place a zero star i would. I was 3 (yes, three) minutes late to my appointment and they did not want to see me. Not once when scheduling my appointment was i told that they do not have a grace period. I asked the receptionist if she can atleast ask if i can still be seen she literally told me no. Unprofessional and inconsiderate. I will never be returning here and i do not recommend

  I saw nurse midwife Katelynne Gracie for a routine gyn visit and she was wonderful! She was friendly and listened to all my concerns, and she helped me set up my next steps. The main drawback I have with this office is SO MUCH wasted time on the phone. While trying to schedule an appointment for an IUD placement, I was on hold for over an hour total (the call dropped several times from their end). I also work at a medical office and would absolutely get reprimanded for having someone on hold for 5 minutes, let alone this nonsense. If you don't have the front desk staff to answer the phone, you need to hire more, or at the VERY LEAST set up a voicemail. I'd be fine if you call me back in a few hours, but I am not fine waiting forever to speak to someone and then not even being able to leave a message. There's no email address or anything either. It feels like there's no reliable way to contact the office.

  I saw Marissa Stear here today, she is great! She really makes you feel heard and respected. She talks you through everything step by step and seems to really care. Highly recommend her.
