Natalie explained everything so it was all understandable and the whole testing process went simply with results and a treatment schedule all much faster than I thought! Natalie is always pleasant and ready to answer any questions!

The process is easy and no where near as painful as previous testing elsewhere. The shots are relatively painless and quick. There is a 30 minute monitoring period to verify there is no severe reaction. I highly recommend this process for allergy sufferers.

Both kids were terrified of shots/needles and on our first visit my daughter may have been balled up in the corners saying "I'd rather have a pitchfork go through my arm" and saying she was going to run away if I made her get shots. As tense as the situation was, Natalie stayed calm and sweet and eventually we got the testing complete. She could've told me I had to come back another time or been obviously annoyed with me, but she was awesome and made me feel comfortable amidst the chaos. My kids both LOVE Natalie. At their first set of shots there were a little nerves and after they got the shots they were saying how it didn't hurt and are absolute pros at it now. Natalie's bedside manner (for lack of a better term) is 100% the reason they never complain about getting shots twice a week in both arms :) Natalie is also flexible with us and never makes us feel rushed when we have questions, or when my kids want to talk her ear off. There isn't another practice we go to where the provider gives us such great care. She never rushes us and asks questions and follows up. Thanks Natalie for such a great experience.
