It was a bit pricey, however it was worth every penny. I will be returning next year and would recommend this Concentra to anyone.

Despite there being only two people ahead of me, I waited over two hours. Around 10:00 AM, I asked how much longer the wait might be and was told it could be another hour or two. Waiting 3+ hours for a routine drug test is completely unacceptable. Patients were only being taken back about every 30–45 minutes just to provide a urine sample, which made no sense and showed a serious lack of efficiency. On top of that, the front desk staff were extremely unprofessional and rude. When I asked a simple, reasonable question about the wait time, they responded with an attitude instead of providing helpful information. Very frustrating and poorly managed experience. I will not be recommending this location.
