From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm welcome and immediately offered assistance. I was looking for a specific flavor of protein isolate, and Ivan went the extra mile literally going to the back to check a brand-new shipment just to see if it had arrived. When it turned out they didn’t have it in stock, he politely let me know and offered to help me order it online instead. Ivan didn’t stop there he made sure I was aware of current deals and promotions, and even took the initiative to speak with his manager to get a special promotion applied when the system wasn’t working correctly. He genuinely took time to understand my financial needs and made sure I got the best value possible. What impressed me most was his professionalism and calm focus while working alone, assisting multiple customers at once without missing a beat.
