The assistant, Yvonne, was wonderful—she was kind, attentive, and very helpful throughout the visit. Overall, a great experience and I truly appreciate the care I received. Highly recommend!

The staff was rude and did not provide a clear explanation of why I have not been seen and at this point after 2 hours waiting. They told me that I will be called next but it was not true. They have called people that arrived after me and I have not said a thing, I think if you are able to go somewhere else where they don’t waste your time, you should. The lady in the front desk, kept telling patients that they were next to be seen. But every time the provider would come, she would call a different person. I find it highly unprofessional to tell people they’re getting called next and call out names of patients that came in later than those who have been waiting for a while. They lack professionalism and don’t take others time seriously. If they only have 1 provider they should not allow others to make appointments that they know they won’t be able to attend to on time. Honestly, do not waste your time coming here. This is wrong.

During an extremely emotional and difficult time, she made me feel genuinely comfortable and supported. Her presence is so light, and welcoming; it immediately put me at ease.
