- JTjess talamoDec 21, 20255.0Truly had an incredible experience at this location! I walked in VERY anxious and terrified for my IUD removal because I had a traumatic insertion experience. The nurses were very calming, made comforting conversation, and played rain sounds to sooth my nerves. Also, the nice woman at the front desk sat on the phone with my insurance company for nearly an hour to get me a $100 refund on the procedure which was amazing and unexpected!

The staff was rude and did not provide a clear explanation of why I have not been seen and at this point after 2 hours waiting. They told me that I will be called next but it was not true. They have called people that arrived after me and I have not said a thing, I think if you are able to go somewhere else where they don’t waste your time, you should. The lady in the front desk, kept telling patients that they were next to be seen. But every time the provider would come, she would call a different person. I find it highly unprofessional to tell people they’re getting called next and call out names of patients that came in later than those who have been waiting for a while. They lack professionalism and don’t take others time seriously. If they only have 1 provider they should not allow others to make appointments that they know they won’t be able to attend to on time. Honestly, do not waste your time coming here. This is wrong.
